In many cases, we can work in alliance with insurance producers to provide premium financing.   We also enjoy working in cooperation with accounting professionals, attorneys and investment advisors.

In the current environment, the best chance for success lies with clients who are able to provide either a personal guarantee or financial collateral, or both, to back a loan.  In many cases, the client’s risk may be mitigated by the borrowing of a portion of the collateral, which becomes cash value within the financed life insurance policy.
